Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk have settled the conflict of Sergey Tigipko vs. LIFE :)

Pavlenko and Poberezhnyuk, Law group filed a petition to abandon the claim of Sergey Tigipko against Astelit (trademark Life:)) to protect the dignity, business reputation and to counter false information.

Telecommunication company Astelit (Life:) has made official apologies to Sergey Tigipko, 2010 Presidential Candidate in connection with delivery of SMS messages of political character with false information about the candidate. Life:) officially declared that message delivery was illegal, a subscriber was fined and banned from the bulk SMS sending service. Sergey Tigipko has received a letter with apologies on behalf of Astelit executive director.

On January 13, 2010 attorneys of Pavlenko and Poberezhnyuk, Law group, which presented and protected interests of Sergey Tigipko in the course of 2010 Presidential Elections filed a claim to protect the dignity, business reputation and to counter false information in fact of message delivery.

«We are glad that we managed to settle this conflict peacefully, namely by means of mediation. Interests of both sides were observed», noted the authorized representative of Sergey Tigipko in CEC, attorney-at-law Oleksandra Pavlenko, partner with Pavlenko and Poberezhnyuk, Law group.
