Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk, Law group has won in a tender regarding providing legal services to Swedbank Public Joint Stock Company and signed a contract on bank’s activity legal support on the territory of Ukraine. In the framework of the contract the lawyers will conduct debt restructuring of legal entities and individuals before the bank, as well as provide legal support in general activity of the bank, including representation of the bank’s interests in dispute resolution before the court of the national jurisdiction.
