Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk law group provides legal support to OJSC Promsvyazbank’s project on the territory of Ukraine

Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk, Law group today has announced about its legal support of the OJSC Promsvyazbank’s project on the territory of Ukraine. Thus, today has been closed one of the stages of the legal support, in particular in the sphere of conducting due diligence of a real estate object and project structuring on accepting mortgage amounting over USD 10 million.
At the beginning of 2009 Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk, Law group won a tender on providing legal support to one of OJSC Promsvyazbank’s projects on the territory of Ukraine.
